Every Kai'Sa figure and statue compared

Kai'Sa's top tier is unusually deep. The grail is PureArts' 1/4-scale statue: 58.8 cm of base-skin Kai'Sa in polyresin, an edition of 2,000 at $799, with USB-powered LED lighting in the base and weapons and a bonus alternate head sculpt — now sold out (one UK ask sits at £670). The newest premium piece is the PureArts × Riot Hall of Legends Kai'Sa ($349, 1/6, 29 cm), commemorating pro player Uzi's 2025 induction into the Hall of Legends (the second honoree after Faker) in the transcendent “Immortalized Legend” skin; it's a pre-order shipping Q3 2026, and Riot labels it Limited Edition without publishing a run size. For articulation rather than a fixed statue, Hot Toys' VGM57 ($299.99, 1/6, ~29 cm) is the pick — base-skin Kai'Sa with ~30 points of articulation, shoulder cannons, effect parts, and an alternate helmeted head; it shipped in Q4 2024 and is now sold out, asking ~$357 secondhand. Note the Hot Toys is base/classic Kai'Sa, not K/DA — a common mix-up.

Apex (Apex Innovation / Apex Toys) made three separate Kai'Sa pieces, and because two carry “K/DA” in the name, they're easy to misread as re-listings. They're distinct products, separated by skin, scale, and year. First, the Apex Kai'Sa (base) — a 1/6, ~30 cm LED statue of her default Daughter-of-the-Void look, released December 2023 (¥34,870 list; sold out, asking ~$230). Second, the Apex K/DA Kai'Sa — a 1/7, 30.9 cm figure of the original 2018 K/DA pop-star skin, released November 2025 (~$174). Third, the Apex K/DA ALL OUT Kai'Sa — a 1/7, ~28 cm figure of the 2020 K/DA ALL OUT skin (a different skin from the original K/DA), shipping to the US around early 2026 (~$150–175). If you see all three listed, they are not duplicates: the base one is the only 1/6 and the only non-K/DA, and the two K/DA pieces are different skins from different years.

If you want a poseable Kai'Sa without the Hot Toys price, Beast Kingdom's Dynamic 8ction Heroes Star Guardian Kai'Sa (DAH-068) is the pick: a 1/9-scale, 19 cm articulated action figure with around 20 points of articulation, two face sculpts, swappable hands, her shoulder cannons, plasma effect parts, and — fittingly — her companion Ina included. It's the Star Guardian skin rather than base or K/DA, it released in late 2023 at $89.99, and it's still in stock at Beast Kingdom's store (secondary asks sit ~$154, so buying direct is the better deal while it lasts). For collectors who like articulation and the Star Guardian aesthetic, this is the value sweet spot between the Nendoroid and the premium statues.

At the budget end, the Nendoroid Kai'Sa (#1606, Good Smile, ~10 cm) is the most popular Kai'Sa collectible by listing volume — base-skin chibi Kai'Sa with swappable faces, Void weapons, deployable shoulder pods, and a “Killer Instinct” ultimate effect part. It released November 2021 at ¥7,000 (roughly $55–67; Good Smile publishes no clean USD MSRP), and asks ~$100 now across 27 active listings. Riot's own retired store figures fill out the cheap solo options: the Star Guardian Kai'Sa Figure (11 cm, 2022) and the Arcade Kai'Sa Figure (Series 3 #015, 12 cm, 2020) — both sold out, and because Riot never left a buyable price on the retired pages, we show no original retail rather than guess one (they ask ~$35–68 secondhand). Nendoroids are the most-bootlegged figure format, so for any of these, check the logo and box print if buying secondhand.

Two of Kai'Sa's catalog entries are multi-champion Team Mini sets. The K/DA Team Minis Set ($35, 2019) is the virtual pop group — Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai'Sa (the “Lead Dancer,” in her original K/DA skin) — sold as a complete four-figure box. The Invictus Gaming Team Mini Set ($40, 2019) commemorates IG's 2018 World Championship with the six players' chosen champion skins: Camille, Fiora, Irelia, Kai'Sa (JackeyLove's Invictus Gaming Kai'Sa), LeBlanc, and Rakan — a six-figure set, now retired. Both sold only as complete sets, never as singles, so if you want a specific Kai'Sa skin in mini form you're buying the whole band or roster with her. On resale, confirm every figure is present.

Two entries are Kai'Sa-themed but don't depict Kai'Sa, and it's worth being clear about that before you buy. The Star Guardian Ina Plush ($35, 2022) is Ina — the boba-loving bunny who is Kai'Sa's Star Guardian companion (Riot's own copy calls her “Kai'Sa's Star Guardian companion”), so it's correctly filed under Kai'Sa, but it's her familiar, not her likeness. The Star Guardian Dream Tibbers Figure (2022) is Tibbers — Annie's bear — reimagined in Kai'Sa's star regalia with cosmic wings, standing alongside Ina; Kai'Sa herself does not physically appear in the set. Both are genuine Riot Star Guardian products tied to Kai'Sa's theme, and both are out of stock / retired with no documented retail. Buy them as the companion pieces they are — charming if you love the Star Guardian Kai'Sa story, but not a substitute for a Kai'Sa figure.
